  • You count seats once. Toggling a member to inactive frees the seat instantly.
  • Annual pre-pay locks the rate for 12 months even if list price rises.

Things people ask before signing.

Do you charge for the iOS end-user app?
Never. The customer-side iOS app is free to download and free to use. Pricing is per technician seat on your side; the end users you support aren't counted, capped, or metered. A workspace with 12 technicians can support 12,000 customers a month without paying a cent extra.
What happens if we go over our seat count?
Nothing automatic. You count seats once a month when you reconcile your invoice. We'll never silently overage-bill. If your team has grown, we'll send you a heads-up email and ask how you'd like to handle it.
Can we self-host the relay?
Not yet. The coturn TURN deployment is single-tenant on Fly. If self-hosting is a hard requirement for compliance reasons, talk to us. We can probably figure something out.
